Paul is a highly knowledgeable and widely experienced
health and safety professional having worked in aeronautical engineering,
the rail industry and the National Health Service as a HS&E
practitioner, prior to joining Engineering Employers Federation,
(EEF) South as a consultant in 1997.
As Head of Health, Safety and Environment,
Paul led a team of HS&E Consultants and Support Staff. He
was successful in introducing health, safety and environmental
management systems and solutions into a broad range of engineering,
manufacturing and service sector companies, as well as other non-technical,
public and private sector organisations.

In addition to consultancy projects, Paul is
an accredited lead tutor, for the delivery of nationally recognised
health and safety training courses on behalf of the Institute
of Occupational Safety and Health (IOSH), the National Examination
Board for Occupational Safety and Health (NEBOSH), and an accredited
tutor for the delivery of nationally recognised environmental
training courses on behalf of the Institute of Environmental Management
and Assessment (IEMA).
